    mvAddBackdrop trouble

    I have run into a problem with the mvAddBackdrop function in the MMF SDK, when I call it all the transparent pixels of the added backdrop appear black. It doesn't seem to matter what ink effect I tell the function to use. If I just blit the cSurface that I pass to mvAddBackdrop to the frame instead it does not produce this problem. Any ideas what might be causing it?

    I'm having the same problem for the Surface object actually.

    By the way, the return value of PARAM_PASTE and the obstacle type in mvAddBackdrop are incompatible. Francois told me how to convert them properly - pass ((LPEVP)param1)->evp.evpW.evpW0 for nObstacleType.
