Removing extension references from a game

I've been working on a particular game for a while now, and noticed that extensions seem to pile up in the data elements list. I assume these extentions are still "in" my project somewhere, even though I don't use them. What I want to do is delete them, because I oftentimes keep getting error messages on multiple computers talking about the Joystick2 extension, but I've stopped using it. I'm afraid that if I don't eliminate this somehow, other people trying to play my game would run into the same problems.

Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Look in the object list of every frame, then find the objects and delete them.
