    Hi Looki, just want to again thank you for this extension, ive been working with it for a while now on this app and the more i explore the more i realise how powerful it is.

    The only down side is this slow down im experiencing, its not causing a stop of development but it is severly limiting my application and what my application could achive if it didnt get the slow down.

    From my experiements, the slow down is 100% caused when a surface object is moving "over" another surface object or active picture BUT over a "back ground images" object by greyhill there is no slow down at all, so this has "helped" but there is no way of me not having a surface moving over a surface, so im forced to stay with it for now. Strange though why it has no effect over the background imaging object but it does with its own and the active picture?

    How do i actually set it to run in HWA, by just changing the applications "display mode", if so that doesnt seemt to make a difference.

    Ill hopefully have a demo or video showing my application.

    To use HWA you have to set the display mode to Direct3d9 or 10

    For some reason i only have Direct3D 8 or 9?

    That's what LB meant. There isn't a Direct3D 10 option in MMF2, just a Direct3D 8 and Direct3D 9. In general, you should use Direct3D 9.

    Hi, I'm at my mom's now (I live far away from my parents and don't have any uni lectures right now) and only have a netbook here with no MMF, but when I'm at my dad's I'll at least have a proper computer to work on. Would be nice if you could post an MFA so I could have a closer look at it.

    Yeah sorry, I mean 8 or 9. I've been really tired lately and Ive been doing a vast slew of random things and somehow I had 9 and 10 in my head.

    Hi, here is a quick MFA showing the issue with the blit hotspot. It simply seems to ignore the hot spot command.

    Thanks Looki, one more thing im trying but cant work it out is to be able to blit to the alpha channel. At the moment i can create a rectangle or set a pixel, but i would like to be able to "blit" from one surface to another? Is this possible?
