Using a joystick with more then 4 buttons

Hi Folks.

Does anyone know of a way to work with a joystick that has more then four buttons? The default joystick controls and the analog joystick object only allow four buttons to be read, I need 5. Is there an extension or something that can read more then the first four buttons on a joystick?

I've used Joystick 2 a lot, it works nicely.
