Did anyone order MMF2 with SWF Converter?

Is SWF goes on a separate disk?

I've got the program a few days ago. My order was MMF2Dev+SWFConverter.

So, I received the MMF2Dev.
BUT no converter, no download link for it, no code. I am downloading the converter from the site and my MMF2 code doesn't work for it.

Anyone experienced something like that?

The SWF is a download file

You get an email with the serial number and the link.
I know you had a friend order it for you so did you ask him for the info?

Might be best to have your friend write in since he bought it and tell Francis its OK to give you the info.

Jeff, the admin wrote back, but a friend of mine got only 2 letters - first with FedEx tracking number, second with order details (prices, billing addresses).
None of them has link attached.

Maybe somebody has ordered the program, so they will probably tell me how many e-mails comes and with what info.

I am not sure how many emails or what format the world wide store sends out its info in.

Many people have purchase and installed it from the Worldwide store so I just suspect it got lost in between this guys friend and him.

I am sure it can get sorted out here shortly.

I ordered mine and got my install CDs within a week (I am in Canada) and the exporter was a download. The purchase process went very smoothly. I got what I expected.

Overall, I had an excellent buyer experience.

remember to check your spam/junk mail folder in your e-mail, that's where my code ended up after I purchased the swf exporter.
