It will be an official Clickteam list/database/host I believe/hope...
Anticecil, if that's true then it will be very easy for one to create a program like Fusion Updater to download and install them![]()

there's nothing really wrong with a fusion updater type program provided it's supported by a regularly-updated official database
it's quite a nice way to get/update a ton of extensions at once
I think extension developers should have to submit extensions to a database in a specific format (eg easy to simply extract to MMF2 directory and it's done) and there be both a web view and an application to auto-update them. That way extensions are immediatly up to date![]()
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3
i never said it had to be third party. im saying if whatever clickteam is working on is any less than what fusion updater did, and is just a list of the current most updated versions of each extension, it will be vastly dissapointing. i could care less if clickteam maintains it themselves or a third party, as long as its easy to download/update ALL my extensions at once, and is updated regularly. i.e. fusion updater.
I'm hoping they will all be stored on one server, because that will make generating a new "FusionUpdater" very easy![]()
It would be better as a login system for the main website and that way it would be simpler for developers to have a account and then extensions are displayed through a sortable database. That would also allow for optional contact to submit bugs, donate etc if they wanted. That also allows for people to use the website if they don't trust downloading through a program, since mcafee has issues with fusion updater it also avoids that problem.
Also if there was some web based system clickteam could just setup some sort of API so other sites could say when new extensions were released in some sort of RSS feed. As well as that it allows you to link a app to that simply enough so you could still have the fusion updater type apps or do it directly from MMF.
It is as Retriever2 says though it needs to be done by clickteam.
