What have I done?

I installed MMF 2 on a school computer (last day of school) to open up all my game projects to show my friends. After realising it didnt work I removed the software, but only now have I realised I never took the CD out. Ive left the CD of my 75 pound software in one of the school computers!!! Now I cant update MMF 2 at all! What can I do?

Contact someone who's still there and retrieve the CD? Ask around for anyone who's pinched it? This is really outside the bounds of software problems...

Serves you right if you have no evidence that you bought it.
As long as you didn't write the key on the CD or leave it with the CD when you lost it then I wouldn't worry too much.

1. Report it stolen if it's not in the computer CD draw you left it in.

2. If the school are un-willing to help report it to the police.

Good luck if you didn't ask before installing the software as you probably breached your schools IT policy.

Have you tried contacting your school's office?
Even though it is vacation, there might still be someone there.

I still have the MMF 2 box, with Disc 2 and the CD Key in it. Isnt that proof enough?

You could contact Clickteam and ask about purchasing a replacement disc.

Since you have a valid serial and we can find your purchase online it wouldn't be too hard or expensive to get you a new replacement disc for the one you lost.

Ah by the way -- you shouldn't be installing MMF on other computers other then yours but thats a different thread.

And I'm amazed that you even could install it at school.
