    Not sure where to post this

    ::: Here's an idea for MMF3 :::

    Put all the current functionality there is now into it (even the 3rd party extensions), and then
    ADD a Scripting System and be rid of all this search for the right extension nonsense!

    Seems like anytime I download an example file, I have to search for some lousy extension before I can take a look at the file and quite often it's something that only existed in MMF1 and that MMF2 doesn't even support

    Edit: Since backwards compatibility doesn't even work completely right with everything in MMF2 anyway, "The main feature we need is: no backwards compatibility." I totally agree with. Make MMF3 a totally new product with some of the best of the other products ... don't make it another update to MMF2 and call it MMF3.

    :::FINAL SOLUTION:::
    Scripting SHOULD be included within MMF3 BUT it should be used ONLY to create "extensions" within MMF3 and that way the "Script" will be something nice an' easily transferable from project to project without having to hunt down a load of crap to play around with an example file.

    AND that way, the EVENTS are still what gets used for the actual game coding, and everyone will have all the functionality that they will ever need. So get crackin' on the nice new scripting language to be used in MMF3 please!
