Set your build to Flash in the properties. Your application or game will build ok if you have not used incompatible extensions.

Here are some images for clarity if you get lost.

How to set build type from properties.

When you've done this you will be able to list all extensions that are currently compatible with flash. Make sure your games you want to save out don't contain any of the extensions that don't appear on this list or they won't compile.

Once you have your game ready to compile, build it using the file menu. You should end up with 2 files in the directory, a .swf file which is your flash file and a html file which MMF2 automatically generates so you can see what it looks like in a browser.

You can also edit this HTML page or simply embed your swf into a page if you know some basic HTML. This way you can style the page around your game and get rid of the ugly white and default MMF2 text.
