License for distribution of MMF Flash apps?

The MMF licencing says the following:

You don’t have to include the logo:

-if your application, game or screen saver is only used within your organization
-if your application is distributed at no cost and provides no commercial or marketing benefit
-if your application is being distributed through the Internet in Vitalize file format (.ccn)
    Now, I'm distributing my game:

-on the internet as a Flash Game(not a .ccn)
-using the Moochi Games plugins for ads, making it (hopefully) a commercial benifit

I'm not sure if the flash plugin came with an updated user end license. But from what I understand, I'd have to include the following to make this all legal using MMF2(not professional):

-The credits page(in this case shown after the moochi games high score prompt) must contain 1 copy of the made with MMF logo.

My game currently has nothing but text for the credits(in a cloud graphic). According to everything I've read, I need to include the logo, and it needs to be 1/2 the height of the logo away from the cloud border.

Is this info correct, even for flash applications made with MMF2?

Please understand, I am NOT looking for a way to not give CT credit. Quite the opposite in fact, I just want to make sure I'm doing it right for the first game I'll be launching in a week or so.

    Thanks,

    300happy

I think (perhaps others will come in on this) that the requirement for the logo does apply to Flash games with MochiAds made in MMF2 Standard, as putting MochiAds in means that you're getting some return on it.

But if you're willing to give Clickteam credit either way, then there shouldn't be a problem I remember the agreement goes through a very long list of the exact measurement requirements, but here in the real world, as long as the logo's there and discernible, there should be no problem.

I hope the launch goes well!

Quick question, where is the logo I am supposed to use?

Clickteam.com has lots of them under it's downloads, I don't know which is what. The location the manual says(on cd 2) doesn't exist on my MMF2 CD 2 as far as I can tell either. (I copied the whole contents of CD2 to my harddrive for easy access, it only contained examples and more library/sound/music files.)

The logos are on CD#1 in the redist folder

I don't think you are required to do anything for Flash games even if you make money off them. Falls under the same rules as the CCN files do.

But then its nice to help the product get its name out so it continues to grow and become more powerful.
