The MMF licencing says the following:
Now, I'm distributing my game:You don’t have to include the logo:
-if your application, game or screen saver is only used within your organization
-if your application is distributed at no cost and provides no commercial or marketing benefit
-if your application is being distributed through the Internet in Vitalize file format (.ccn)
-on the internet as a Flash Game(not a .ccn)
-using the Moochi Games plugins for ads, making it (hopefully) a commercial benifit
I'm not sure if the flash plugin came with an updated user end license. But from what I understand, I'd have to include the following to make this all legal using MMF2(not professional):
-The credits page(in this case shown after the moochi games high score prompt) must contain 1 copy of the made with MMF logo.
My game currently has nothing but text for the credits(in a cloud graphic). According to everything I've read, I need to include the logo, and it needs to be 1/2 the height of the logo away from the cloud border.
Is this info correct, even for flash applications made with MMF2?
Please understand, I am NOT looking for a way to not give CT credit. Quite the opposite in fact, I just want to make sure I'm doing it right for the first game I'll be launching in a week or so.
