    Surface Object- Remove Tranparency Color?

So I'm making a "color splash" application. If you don't know what that is, it's when the photo is greyscaled and only a section of the photo is colored. This is working perfectly so far except in the Surface object I want to disable the transparency color since it messes up the photo's when they load. Example:

Any ideas? I would like to refrain from changing the color to another one if possible, since there is always the possibility that a photo could use that color. Thanks

i fixed it by adding a black active behind the photo to cover up the parts that were removed crude but effective.

First off, no. That won't work when you go to try to save it.

At the start of frame, with no images loaded, change the surface object to use Alpha Channel, and put Yes to keep transparency. Problem solved, because now no color is made transparent. You can control transparency with the alpha channel
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3
