You'll need the Flash Export Plugin to build the file and see the bug in action, I can't upload the fla file(the filetype isn't allowed on the fourm).
I've found a bug with the Vector Movement in flash.
The movement physics work fine over both versions, but in the fla version of the game, the object is not facing the correct direction. However, in the MMF2 test run and exe it works fine.
I've put together a quick example project to show the bug. There are only two events, setting the object and then after 1 second using the Clickteam Movement Object to change it's direction to 90 degrees.
In the EXE and in MMF2's test enviorment, the code works fine. The object looks "up" after 1 second, and the red part rotates the direction it's facing.
If you try compiling and running a flash version of the exe, you'll notice the object is rotated very far off the correct direction.
