    SWF Exporter installation problem

1 day ago I formated my disc and instal new Windows 7. (before i use win Vista) I formated only disc C, MMF is installed on E.I install mmf to another folder. Then I moved and replaced the files from the previous MMF folder. Then I tried to install Exporter offline. Previously, the generated code did not work. I copied the link generator on a computer with Internet access and copied the generated code. The code does not work and unfortunately I can not install the Exporter.
I think that I could under the previous system I could install mmf enter a different user name but can not remember if it was different or the same as now

    Re: SWF Exporter installation problem

I say simply: after format the drive and install another windows SWF exporter does not install.

With manual installation shows an error about an invalid key.

Now the generator has created another key.

I'll check at home if it will not work I'll tell you

    Re: SWF Exporter installation problem

We've found a bug in the current version last week, in some cases you can't install the exporter to a drive that is not the default drive. I think it happens when you have several versions of MMF2 or TGF2 installed on different drives, for example TGF2 on C and MMF2 on E but I'm not 100% sure.

Is it your case? This problem will be fixed in the build 250, that will be released asap (but not before a couple of weeks). I can try to rebuild a special version of the build 249 if you can't install MMF on drive C.

    Re: SWF Exporter installation problem

Are you using your SWF key when you install it?

Also you may need to just reinstall MMF and then SWF -- I don't know about this replacing files your talking about thats not the correct way to install the tools.

    Re: SWF Exporter installation problem

If MMF is installed on another drive then there could be a problem with the SWF exporter (not every time but that happens). In this case you should uninstall MMF and reinstall it on drive C (the drive where is the Program Files directory) before installing the SWF exporter.

If you can't install it on C and can't wait for the build 250, could you send me by PM the URL you get when you click the Manual Registration button in the installer?
