EMS Top Gun II - Not Working right with MMF2

It has a mad motion when using the light gun with mouse movement, is there anyway around this. Would be cool to make are own light gun games.

Added: It works but the mouse never seems to stop when you stop moving the gun, it's like it had 100 speed with 0 deceleration.

    Thanks.

I don't think there are any other people around here that owns a light gun like that. If the gun is supposed to work like a mouse (points wherever you are pointing) and does a mouse-click whenever you pull the trigger, then I'm afraid you have to contact the company that made the light gun. From MMF2's perspective that is how you move your mouse and we cannot influence the light gun in any way.

Have you tried it with finished, compiled games?

Perhaps part of MMF2's debug mode is interfering with it. As far as I know, finished, compiled games should act just like any other program with mouse movement.

I think clickteam should add support for this gun as it works very good with other games like house of the dead, and mame games.

If the company that makes the gun wants to send us over some test guns and API info maybe we could look into a special object or movement for it. Hard without having the gun to test with

I got an old light gun someone sent us back in the MMF 1.0 days and it worked great with the default mouse controls.
