    Problem with 64 bit computers?

    Hi,

I'm beta testing an installer made with build 36, and one tester reported that when running it she got an error message saying it wasn't compatible with 64 bit computers. She also had some trouble downloading it (details were unclear, but the download was certainly interrupted). My question is, would you expect an error like this, and would it be fixed by using build 37? Or is it likely to be due to file corruption during download? If the latter, any tips on avoiding this? Perhaps something like DAP? (http://www.speedbit.com/dap/)

    Many thanks in advance,

    TzK.

    Hi,

Probably due to file corruption during download. Installers are compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows.
