    Problem with "Satellite" (360░ movement)

Hi, everything is going fine so far with my "Satellite" math, the ONLY problem that got me stuck is that the object Jumps from a place to other when the satellite function is on.

I am using Value C as speed, the important values here are A and B. When you hold Q, it will start to 360 around the center, BUT, it will jump from a point to another, I want the object to start rotating from its starting point.

I am mostly trying to make this workout out of other examples, so I am a bit lost with all this math.

    Thanks a lot!

This is going to sound real cheap, but it worked.

Copy the events of "Repeat while Q is pressed" into the "Start of Frame" condition. Worked for me!

And sorry Springup, but this example uses advanced math, I want something way more simple.

Try applying the Circular movement to your satellite and then controlling it with the Clickteam Movement Controller. That will eliminate a lot of the math.

Re: Problem with "Satellite" (360░ movement)

Well I was just suggesting you could try one. There's no reason not to, they are simpler, yet generally yield better results.

Re: Problem with "Satellite" (360░ movement)

Well... actualy, I fell more confortable with pure math (even if I don't understand it)

I will use the 360 movement around a center to do spiral like effects, adding or reducing a certain value for the distance.

Generally, default movements doesnt allow so much freedom.

    But thanks anyway!
