How do you add more pictures to a annimation?

I have made a annimation of a person running. I have done this by drawing the pictures on a paper then scaning it to put it on the computer. Then I touched up the mistakes on MS paint. I saved them as r1 through r5 for the order of the pictures. Then I went to insert object and then from files I chose r1 and it asked if I wanted to use r2. Then it made the annimation as an active object. But what I need to know is how to add an more annimations under the the running and jumping options. Thanks, hope you understand.

To import more animations: Go to the animation you want, then press the "open" button at the top.
To add more frames to an animation, press the "+" button at the bottom of the image
To add a custom animation, right-click in the animations list and choose "add"

    Hope that helps

Also, be sure your paying attention to the way the arrow in the box is facing. You will have to copy and paste and flip them to make it so they can run left and right.
