    Help Messages

How do I set so that a string message will appear in the bottom of the screen while the player is overlapping an object and only that object.

    Here's a scenario.

The player will walk up to a vending machine and he/she is overlapping it. Then a message will appear and say "Vending Machine Costs 5 dollars". And then when we walks away from the machine the message will disappear.

How do I make this happen?

Well you can either create the string, or change its visibility. So:

    Player is overlapping Vending Machine
-Create String at X,Y in relation to vending machine (or at specific X,Y coordinates if you don't want to use the vending machine's position)

Player is not overlapping Vending Machine (use negate condition)
    -Destroy String

    Or

    Player is overlapping Vending Machine
    -Make String visible

Player is not overlapping Vending Machine
    -Make String invisible

Also, if you don't want to actually overlap the vending machine object but just have the player standing next to it, you can use an invisible detector or something.
