    multiple behaviours

    say i define three behaviours for an active object.

    is it possible to toggle them?

    i.e. -
    counter = 1, activate behaviour 1, disable behaviour 2 & 3
    counter = 2, activate behaviour 2, disable behaviour 1 & 3

    etc

    basically i cannot see in the event editor a way of controlling what behaviour is on or off

    Re: multiple behaviours

    Nope, you can't. You'd just have to add a condition to every event, to check if a certain flag is on - you could then use the state of the flag to control the behaviours.

    Honestly though, behaviours suck, and I would recommend you never use them (unless you're making a widget).
    You're much better off keeping all your code in the main event editor (and organised in groups).

    thanks MM, that is good advice...i had a feeling it might be a bad idea because people rarely talk about them!
