when I "embed" the file in the zip, then it might be, someone could "ignore" the accept license rules (copy the swc file from my zipfile without license-accept)... and then he could coding in as3 :-/

And cannot you put a popup with each placing of the object in the frame with licence, and that you have to agree to it if you want to use it?
No. That would be incredibly obtrusive.
I like Fano's idea.![]()
I agree. Better than the newer forum members (and me) having to go and dig around on a website to get extra material. +1 for popup with licence.

This library has license terms and commercial part so having a popup is a lot better than having no notice/info about it and people breaking license terms without even knowing it. There is also the fact that it's using a library which someone else coded and they should get credit for that.
Popups are fine as long as they don't show to people playing the games which they won't if done correctly. In fact StephenL already uses this method in some flash extensions that use library's and it works well.
For example some of Z33z objects got that and it was quite common with other objects as well (back in MMF 1.5 days) because it's not information for end users but developers which will accept it.
I think that would be best, and get the extension changed so that our energies can be for improvement for the extension mechanics. If done as a popup, all the bases are covered.

I'll admit that a popup would be nicer, but I'd take a one time deal over having it appear every single time I drop it in.
I'd prefer to just use the Easing Object for flash (If it would come out already) Seems simpler and no licensing issues.
