    Enemies that follow player???

    I am working on a game where the enemies follow the player around and don't know how to do it. A friend requested that I should try to make a zombie game, and I need a way to get the zombies to always walk toward the player. Thanks.

    Well that depends on what kind of game, topdown shooter, side scrolling, etc? and how advanced do you want the enemies?

    It could be simple as using the bouncing ball movement for the enemies and have them always look at the player (with random speeds using alterable Values,etc)
    Or you could create an LOS engine for the enemies so that they only attack when in the LOS.
    The possibilities are endless

    Ball movement is pretty easy (if you're doing overhead perspective). If you want them to move on a grid in 4 directional movement, that will be a bit more complicated.

    It is a top-down shooter. I'll try the ball movement idea and tell you how it goes
