I have a small problem with some special effects in a game i'm making. I wanted a rain effect, so i drew rain, set it to spawn at a few places above the screen, set its movement to bouncing ball (to make it look like the wind would kind of push the rain) and then did an event like every few milliseconds move set x pos to its own x pos +3 and y pos to its own y pos -2. It worked, but when i set it to destroy when it hits the backdrop (or even an active, for that matter) it didnt. Its just a small thing, but its bugging me. If anyones has a solutions, or any tips for effects for that matter, I would really appreciate it.
