Finally approved by Geotrust.
Made the mistake of using the name I 'wanted' games published under instead of my real name. Now the proud owner of a second LLC...lol (MUCH faster then a DBA here in the states, cheaper also).
Hooking the XBox back up in the office to begin serious (on hardware) testing.
Currently researching mobile options, not pleased in the vast resolution diff between Win7 phone and Zune.
Have been testing various little projects on the 360.
Most bugs I have come across have been reported by others up until Beta 6.
I jumped in quickly on Beta 5 & 6 hoping to prove myself usefull.
My first experiments have involved the new Gamepad Object, here are my findings;
1. The 'Big Button' option seems to be over-ridden by the 360 ui, launching the console options.
2. Im having a problem with the Right Stick, there seems to be an issue with the Vertical read, or my math is horribly wrong. Identical code for the left stick works fine.

General observations:
On a Memorex 1080p tv, I need a 10-14 pixel safe area consideration when using 1280x720.
I will clean up my test app and add some comments to illustrate the right stick issue i am having.

Right stick problem corrected.
Talked the wife into breaking her cell contract a few months early (Easy sell, she is jealous of my DroidX and wants a smart phone). She agreed to try a Win7 Phone, so my testing options will grow beyond the 360.
No new bugs as of yet, downloading the new update now.
