Reset Toolbars to their original location and size

hello, I have a huge probelm.

My workspace and properties toolbars have gotten messed up, and are no longer in their default locations on the screen. The properties tool bar, if i drag it and drop it, then decides to take up half the screen instead of the nice little window to the left it used to take up. The workspace bar also does this is if docking is allowed. Is there any way to reset the locations of the toolbars?

    Thanks

Finally fixed it manually, but if there's a reset button somewhere, please let me know.

Yes, you can hold down Ctrl+Shift while the loading/splash window of MMF2 is up to reset all options.
