MMF 2.0 Frame Editor Corrupted Image Issue

I am working on a point and click that uses 3d rendered art and when importing into the frame editor as a "backdrop" or "picture" the image has missing sections in it that look transparent, or have silver specks that litter dark parts of the picture.

The images are jpgs, 566 x 422, 35-77kb size, black and white. The graphic mode is set for 16m colors. I tried a bitmap, and the same thing happened.

Any ideas, please?

Are you picking a transparent color in the image import dialog? It's probably turning that color transparent when importing. Check to see what color it's listing.
