    Jumping Problem

I am new to the forums, so sorry if this is a stupid question. When my player jumps into a ceiling, the entire jump is carried out (he is just sort of frozen there for a second) instead of him just bouncing down. Also whenever he jumps into a wall, he completely freezes and I have no control over his movement until he touches down. If someone can tell me how to improve the jumping physics, that would be great, thanks.

I think you may be using built-in movements. Try DavidN's fastloop custom movement. It is located in the sidebar-----> under tutorials. As a side note...some built-in movements have some slight bugs.

You can also try the Platform Movement Object. Whatever method you use will be better than the default platform movement. I'm kind of surprised the platform movement hasn't really changed since Klik n Play.

I'm not sure how to obtain or use the platform movement object. Is there any tutorial on that?

    Re: Jumping Problem

You need to get "Fusion Updater" and search for "platform movement" in that. The platform object is rather easy to figure out or at least it was for me without the aid of a tutorial, and if you need a tutorial I believe one comes with it.

Avoid FusionUpdater, I believe that if it doesn't show up as a default object it's probably in one of the bonus packs over ----> there
