    Different versions: what to use?

    Hi all,

I bought everything I could from Clickteam (MMF2 developer + unicode + SWF export module) because the products are great and because the developers deserve support.

Until now I have used MMF2 developer with the unicode module (and I've been very happy ) and I plan to test the SWF export module but I'm a bit puzzled.

    - What exactly should I install / patch?

    - If I install the SWF module on my MMF2 developer + unicode, will it work? If yes, is it the link on the right to patch it?

Side note: As a happy user of the unicode version, I sometimes have problems to know exactly what to install or patch to keep my dev environment up-to-date. I would really like more detailled links to the latest versions (especially since I plan to buy the iphone module as soon as possible, I do not want to make mistakes while updating :crazy.

    So basically:

    - If I install the Flash export module on MMF2 dev + unicode patch, will it work?

    - To patch the MMF2 dev + unicode patch + flash module, is it the link on the right or is there a specific flash build for the unicode version ?

From the lack of answers it seems we don't know. I know I honestly don't. I think that if you install the same build version of everything then the order doesn't matter.

There is no specific flash build for the unicode version, I know that.

You have to purchase the Flash module in our web shop, and install it. It will give you a link to the correct version...

Re: Different versions: what to use?

I have already bought the Flash module version I installed it some time ago (beginning of the year) on the unicode version and I had some weird behavior (basically, MMF2 didn't launched anymore).

I assumed I did something wrong, and as I didn't really need the flash module at the time I just reinstalled MMF2 with the unicode patch.

So, if I install the 3.0.0.50 "SWF exporter install program" and patch it with the "build 251" link on the right, is it going to work?

Sorry for the delay, yes this is going to work. If for some reason MMF2 doesn't launch anymore after installing the SWF exporter, reinstall MMF2 and the exporter again. Make sure you install the latest version of the SWF exporter.
