    MMF2 Car Chase

In Multimedia Fusion 2 how do I Build a car chase that both the player and the computer controls the cars?
(computer controls the cars that are doing the chase)
[player controls the car being chased]

That is a very broad and complex question. You're basically asking us how to make an entire AI and engine which can take a lot of intricate work. There are other questions that need to be answered for us such as is your view over head or side view or what.

    Re: MMF2 Car Chase

Depends on how the chase is being done.
If your doing up it mainly vertically. You can set the car doing the chasing (chaser) to always move at a speed that is the same (or ever so slightly higher) than the chasee (car running away).

If your adding some curves, you COULD throw in some sine wave functions.

Another option could be to have the cpu do something different at different parts of the course. For example in the vertical chase i was describing above, that could be one section. A curve could be another section, and if there were going horizontal could be another section (all assuming that direction is only 2ways.

Otherwise, do what corlen said :P

If you want the chaser to do smart chasing you're going to have to do a bunch of complex conditions and such.
