    Re: Transparent sub-app background

No luck so far for me, but if anyone has got it to work previously (in swf with sub-apps), I'd be very much interested in knowing the details.

    Re: Transparent sub-app background

I know its possible to get the whole application to be semitransparent...

Perhaps you could have two different applications, and have the main application call the sub application through a javascript function and do some margin editing... it's far fetched but might work.

    Re: Transparent sub-app background

Ok, thanks for confirming that, Francois. Maybe a feature to implement into MMF3?

    Re: Transparent sub-app background

I think he wrote "Not in Flash", and not "Not in MMF2". I believe that this is a limitation of flash, either the whole flash app is transparent background or the whole flash app is opaque. This is why those ads that go across the screen are two separate SWFs and must be carefully timed to match up.
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3
