After importing French.txt file, everything is translated into French except for when I click "Exit", the "Yes" and "No" buttons remain in English.
Am I doing something wrong?

The Yes and No buttons of some message boxes are displayed by Windows, they are automatically displayed in the user's language.
"Exit" should be translated to "Quitter" in the Buttons text page. In which screen / box is it displayed?

Yes it does say "Quitter". After I press "Quitter" in the middle of the installation, the Yes/NO is displayed but the prompt remains in French "Ce programme n'a pas terminé l'installation. Etes vous sûr de vouloir arrêter?"
I will have to test on a French OS. Will update the post with my findings.
You can change the system language in "Regional and Language Settings" in Control Panel.
If all else fails, you can translate it with a program by modifying the dialog's button resources.
