    game main menu problem

I've uploaded a very quick .mfa mockup of the problem I'm having, and am hoping someone can see where the trouble in my code lies...

    View MFA

When you test the app, a custom cursor is visible and stays visible when clicking on main menu buttons (such as options, load game, etc.) The button clicked on launches a sub-application, which will have volume controls, etc. in it. Once the close button in the sub-app is clicked, the custom cursor becomes a Windows cursor in the main app. It'll become a custom cursor again if you click on a button, but the main app loses it's focus (I think...) and the Windows cursor stays.
I have yet to figure out how to fix this. Anyone willing to take a quick look? Thank you!!

The MFA repo isn't showing the download link, are you using some odd export or version of MMF2 that it doesn't like?

Sorry about that. I've successfully uploaded a test mfa file that shows the problem I am having. It's at:

It's working fine here, I can click whatever button I want and then it works correctly. I noticed you are using an outdated version of MMF2, build 249. The latest version is build 251, which is what I just tested on. You should see if updating helps to fix the problem. You can update with the links on the sidebar up there -->

    Re: game main menu problem

Just to make sure, because I'd love the answer to be "...just update the program!"
After clicking on a button, opening a sub application, then closing the sub app, you always see the custom cursor? It doesn't default back to a standard Windows cursor?

If I click on a different button and open a new sub app, it'll go back to being the custom cursor, but for the time I'm on the main screen, the Windows cursor arrow reappears....

Mmmh! Thank you so much for looking at this!

Well, clicking Exit and then No keeps the cursor, but clicking Options and then going back out removes the cursor. I hadn't tested thoroughly because I got confused about what the problem was...
