I am making a weapons system for my game, I have 6 different types of guns to pick from with 8 levels of power each.
I have selected Alterable Value A of my character as the gun selector.
Example: A=0 Rifle A=1 Laser
Now for the level up on guns I have selected Alterable Value's Rifle=B Laser=C and so on (DEFG) as the gun level up for each weapon.
A=0 Rifle B=0 Level1 - A=0 Rifle B=1 Level2
A=1 Laser C=0 Level1 - A=1 Rifle C=1 Level2
My problem is that when I start a new frame with the character his gun goes back to default and gun level goes back to level 1.
How can I save the gun the player has and the level the player is up to?
Or can't this be done with Alterable values?
Or is it only possible to be done with global values?
