question about upgrade discount requests

a few years ago i had buy tgf2 , and i was thinking to upgrade to mmf2 today , my problem that confuse me is ,
i had buy 2 copy of tgf2 in the same purchase.
will i get a discount for 1 tgf2 copy and keep other one, or can i get a discount for both of them for 1 copy of mmf2 ? i dont really have use of the other one anymore anyway.

You can still use the tgf2 you upgraded we just request you don't sell it as the next person can't upgrade it

Physically you can, but you shouldn't. He won't be able to update it, which means the next build that comes out he'll be left behind and extensionmakers always make sure their extensions only work with the newest build.

dont worry , as i know him , he wont take more than 2-3 month to realise the extentions are a must for the game expectation we have both, wont be long till he get mmf2 or dev xP
