Okay:

1) I added the GamesChart.mfx extension to "Extensions" folder.
2) I added GamesChart.dat to the "Flash" folder.
3) I added GamesChartAPI-AS3.swc to the "library" folder.

When I build the ,swf from the Example folder the Games Chart doesn't load like on your website.
I think I installed it correctly because I can insert it as an object.

I entered my unique ID in the object properties in the event menu.

No chart and no icon, but I do get the message that GamesChart is trying to access something...

Okay, it's working now. I think that I wasn't waiting long enough for the chart data to load.

It would be nice if there was an easy way to integrate the Newgrounds API into our MMF2 products...
