    How to tidy up the "Create new object" dialogue?

    When I want to add a new object to a frame, I can choose from a list which to create.

    There are quite a few that I do not plan to use in the foreseeable future (Double-Precision Calculator, Edit Box... for example) so I'd like to remove them from the list as it only clutters the working environment.

    Is there a way to do it?

    Or just have a category like "Frequently used" that I can define myself (similar to the already preexisting categories like Audio, Background, Control, Data etc).

    You can do this by editing the ext.ini, but I would advise against doing this.

    At a minimum, back-up the ext.ini first.

    You can find the configuration file in the MMF2 extension folder.

    Thanks Marv, good idea, but maybe it will get restored to the "cluttered" version whenever there's a new update though... I'll try and see what happens
