    MMF2 and netbook.......good combo?

Hi guys, i am just curios. I read a few old posts about people installing MMF2 on a netbook by copying the contents to a USB stick/HDD....did this work? I am seriously considering switching over to using a netbook after last night....i made an exe demo of my game, played it on a laptop and speed was decent. Tried it on my wife's HP Mini and it flew flawlessly!! smooth as silk!! as mentioned in the previous post regarding a netbook, would using something like Daemon tool work for when a new update comes into play? or could i just make an ISO of the disk and run off the image? If it can be done i will most likely be stealing her netbook for MMF2 lol  Has anyone had any problems when using a netbook and MMF2?

We use MMF on Netbooks when we do tradeshows for teachers.
Its great to show them it runs on the lowest power/cheapest machines made.

What I did was copy the CDs to a Flash Drive then to the hard drive on the netbook. Then when the updaters needed it, it was nice and close.

Now that being said -- I believe the beta update of build 252 you don't need the CD anymore so from that point forward for updating having the CD won't be an issue.

SWEET!!!! thanks Jeff! also, this is sort of unrelated but, i have a 1TB external hard drive, would i be able to save my MMF2 files on it, so long as when i reference events to it and not my netbook hard drive? for example, lets say i have audio pulling from

    C:/MMF2/hit.ogg

couldnt i just copy the contents of that folder to a new one on my external HDD and change the path and it work when i go to build it? I hope that question makes since lol.
