    Yes, sorry, I was replacing the French version and I deleted the wrong files, sorry. I've reuploaded it, the links should work now.

    Crash86: the animation is not played twice. Now when you fior an animation, and when the animation you force is different from the current one, the new animation is played fully, from the start. So, of course, if the frames were the same in your animations, you will have the impression that it is played twice. So you have to manage your animation to make them play nicely one after the other.

    No, when I create an object and tell it to play a different animation from default (ie. User animation 1) the first frame of User Animation 1 plays twice.
    I'm not saying that it plays frame 1 of the Default Animation (ie. Stopped and then plays frame 1 of User Animation 1.

    I can tell that because all the frames in Default Anim and User Anim are different. So it's not an impression that a frame is playing twice, that is exactly what is happening.

    You don't see any frame of the Default animation (which I think it how it should be). You actually see the first frame of your User Animation or whatever played twice before the User Animation continues, even at Anim Speed 100.

    ... and it certainly wasn't that way in the previous #252 beta build.

    Not sure I'm explaining that brilliantly but I don't know how else to say it.

    Maybe create a simple example file Crash? might the the quickest and easiest way to explain the problem.

    The default animation to that green laser is red. So, if you were seeing the first frame of the default animation, you would have a red section of laser and then a load of green ones.
    But they're all green and it's just that first frame that's being shown twice, notwithstanding that the animation is at 100 speed (ie. 1 animation frame per application frame).

    Is a small thing but if you could set that back again in the next one, that'd be perfect.

    Still creates the empty Start Menu folders for me.
    Windows XP 32-bit, MMF2 Std & Dev with Flash + Unicode (creates two empty folders, Std & Dev)
    Also, for next update, would be nice if you could select what start menu folder to install to.

    Crash, problem solved. The modifications in change animation revealed another problem. Corrected now...
