Cannot build Lacewing, seeking for solution

When trying to build program with Visual Studio, it stop to error

"unable to start program "C:\Users\%COMPUTERNAME%\desktop\udp-lacewing-0.2.5-0-g2a5d7cf\udp-lacewing-2a5d7cf\msvc\../build\Lacewing.dll".

The system cannot find the file specified"

One time when I input Lacewing.dll to all directories in my Lacewing folder, I just got error like "Unable to start Lacewing.dll" or similar.

What can I do?

Build the project, but do not run it. You can't run a DLL, so don't click "Build and Run".
