Is it possible to add or remove objects from groups in the event editor?

I guess a simple workaround you could use is to add any possible groups you might need to start with then use global/alterable values to enable and disable them.

Whatever condition you want to set a group > Set Global value Obstacles to 1 (Instead of the create group event)

If Global value Obstacles is 1 > Whatever events you want for Group.Obstacles

The ForEach extension has the option to add/remove items to and from ForEach Groups with an event.
