Batch Set Hospot/Action Spot

So supposedly, the graphic interface of MMF2 will allow one to change all hotspots/action spots of a animation at once with the Ctrl (or Ctrl Shift or Shift) + the clicking of the hotspot/actionspot. This has not worked for me.... ever...

Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
