Unhappy It seems I can only post here!

What has happened to this place with all these restrictions?

I'm not able to register my products (adding the serial numbers) so I can get rid of that annoying yellow sign, and I'm only allowed to post here!
I have sent a message about it but haven't seen any response.

Why can't you add your products?

The other forums are for registered users only.

I am guessing they are talking about the Open topic community forums, it seems odd that people need to have registered products first to talk there because i have always thought of that area like a General area. I guess one thing you could do if you want to keep it that way is simply have a new General topics area which non product owners can use also but then keep the current one for registered users.

I think the requirement of needing to own the products to access certain areas is good but one thing i am surprised at is how Extension Development has been restricted but not Released Extensions also because from what i have read you can't use extensions with the demo so it's probably a good idea to restrict the Released Extensions area also.

But then again if people own products i don't see why they should have a problem registering them, it seems to have worked fine for most users here.

Atom the Open Forums should stay for registered users. It should be a General area to talk about anything - I agree with that. But by keeping it for registered only users, we keep it out of spam and stuff we don't need.

@Stephen, if I knew I would certainly fix it.

I've been part of this forum for many years. I own (and bought legally) GF, MMF 1.5, MMF 1.5 pro, MMF 2 dev (given after participating in beta testing).
I can't add any of the serial codes, well I can add them but they don't stick. The 'no products' sign comes up again. Thought it may be a browser thing (am using Chrome) but same story with IE.

Ahh thank you Jeff! That is really nice of you.

Still am curious what I may be doing wrong not being able to add the serial numbers. Must check if I have the numbers wrong on my backup info.

I don't know why it won't add your code.
I also use chrome and don't have any issues.
