Yes it should. If I remember correctly, you have to quit the game for the interface to show.
i remember having some problems making sure all pads can operate this interface (i could only make pad 1 operate it), if all pads cannot operate the interface, the game could get failed for this reason. and people will truly fail you for such a small reason. just a heads up.
