    DistantJ..can you modify you example to make the object not snap to the touch point? I've tried here but I didnt had success =/

    EDIT: I'VE GOT IT

    But now, I'm having another problem...when I release the touch, I dont know why, but the object moves automatically until it reaches its position of Y 0.


    Please help me...I attach the example here.......just drag the text box to up then release the click to see the problem.

    Drag & drop decelleration example

    Glad to help! What was happening was the Y Speed value was going slightly below zero when decelerating, to like -0.1, so I just made it no longer move if the Y Speed was below 0.2 (or above -0.2). Since it decrements in 0.3 sometimes it went less (or more) than zero.
