I have a problem to adapt it to a vertical scrolling.
I changed the X to Y, Left frame to Top frame, Right frame to Bottom frame, but can't figure out to make it working.
Your horizontal works perfectly though.

Just forgot to change to center X scrolling to Y scrolling

Yes exactly, for now, I only succeed to do sth similar (with the scroll which returns by itself) but without elasticity (or 'rubber banding') effect...
