You are trying to play an swf file. You need a valid video.
I try to play a LOCAL swf or a flv, but that dont work
Sorry I forgot to mention you need to allow Flash Player permissions.
Go to this url: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html and add "C:\" to your list of trusted locations.
