    Suggestion/Request

    Suggestion:

Would it be possible to add to MMF2 Event Editor object for sorting out all backdrop (obtacle/platform/ladder) actions in MMF?

    Request:

As well as would it be ever fixed that after deletion of the event the active conditions stays on the current/last line rather than resetting on the first one?

For example we got 5 events

    Object A Overlaps B
    Life of B = 0
    OR
    Object A Overlaps B
    Life of A= 5
    > DO STUFF

When we click on any event below first one and click delete three times - let say from OR.

    Instead of Logical:

    Object A Overlaps B
    Life of B = 0
    > DO STUFF

    We will receive

    Object A Overlaps B
    Life of A= 5

Because after Deleting OR Black frame will stay on 3rd line (2nd A overlaps B) but active frame (blinking one) will jump to 1st event condition.

    Another one:

Would it be possible to add 'negate' for Flags what would change their status from on to off and otherwise without need of replacing the event?

    About above suggestion:

In event editor we've got objects like:
    Special Conditions
    Sound
    Player
    And all Actives and extensions.

And we we click on any of them it filters out ALL events and actions related to that object. Isn't that right?

My suggestion/request is to add new object (or Folder with 3 objects) to support Backdrop Object as Obstacle, Platform and Ladder and filter out all actions and events for the Backdrop Object which works as Obstacle, Platform or Ladder. Collision Check provides different values for them - 1, 2 and 3 AFAIR. So it shouldn't be that difficult, unless it's 'impossible' and that was the reason behind creative Active Backdrop (still I don't have trust to it)

I think he means in the conditions. There are many functions that would benefit from this capability (negate changing the condition to a different one).

Jacob not as different one but opposite like = to <> ; < to > flag on to off and other way around. Or OR statement... There is so many conditions which are only in 2 states and we could so much faster change just by 'negating/opposing' them :<

Fun Fact: Immediate events can technically be negated to make them trigger when they're not true it's useful in rare cases, though, so no one besides myself has ever made extensions with negatable immediate events.
