Question How to create a Wii Game

Is it possible to create a Wii Game using the Wiimote object?

If so, how do I do this?

Well, first of all you have to wait a few years for Nintendo to change their mind and open their platform for indie devs. :-/

The Wiimote object is for use with standalone applications from MMF2, but you need to somehow connect the remote up to the PC.

Most of the conditions and events are pretty self explanatory. For conditions, it has stuff like when the various remotes have been connected, input and for when different features are being used (rumble, remote sound) and then events are things like making it connect or making the remote rumble and detecting the IR position.

A lot of people have't used it because it means you need to somehow connect your Wii remote and console up to a computer.

True... You need to have bluetooth, I believe. But, how do you get it? Anyway, I mean, how do you get the application to run on a CD for the Wii, just as a test.

It will NOT run ON the Wii.
It's for using Wii remotes on the PC, with PC .exe files made with MMF2. Hopefully someone else can explain to you how to use your Wiimotes with your PC. I've never looked into it.

I'm pretty sure it's done with Bluetooth, to sync the remote... but I don't know how to get/download Bluetooth.

Bluetooth isn't something you download like Java - you have to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle and install the drivers that come with it.
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3

Bluetooth dongles can be bought for less than 2GBP, so they're less than a beer and that's not your problem.

Actually, getting a wiimote to talk to a pc can be a bit fiddly at times but generally it's fine.

If you look into the WiiMote Project and the stuff they've done on making an interactive whiteboard (http://www.wiimoteproject.com/wiimote-whiteboard/) then you'll find all the stuff you need to get Wiimotes and PCs talking to each other.

I'm a (soon to be ex-)teacher and played around with this a couple of years ago - you can use 2 wii remotes and some infra-red pens to make a pretty good replacement for a couple thousand pounds worth of interactive whiteboard (which I always thought were a bit crap and over-hyped anyway).

    Hope that helps.

WOW! Some of this is really quite interesting! You see, I'm trying to create a space action game, and I thought that a wii remote could act like a laser or something.
