    Save/Load external Array

How to do Save/Load external array for Flash applications?

Opening by dialog box doesn't work under Flash, is there any way to make it working like providing direct folder tree by EditBox or anything? I need it by Tomorrow morning.

Or is there any way to provide internal Array? Either locally or on web server.

Data Elements don't work and I never used Get Object to something serious so any help appreciated.

Just put the array file in the application as a binary element.
When you save it, it will be saved in the Flash data zone.
Next time you load it, it will load the one you saved. If you want it to load the one in the binary files, you have to delete it from the Flash data zone.

The pathnames are not used in Flash. Just the name of the file and the extension. So you can use any path you want (for the C++ version), it will be ignored in Flash.

SWF applications run in a sandbox, preventing them to see the external world.
You can put the array file in the binary elements of the application, and then have the array object load it.
Then you can save/load the modified array.

Mephistus probably the only way would be to read values by Get Object by some PHP file on the web and save them to the array which is a binary file.
