I vote Birmingham or somewhere located in the 'middle' of the UK cos it's unfair for those who live north and/or ireland/scotland to travel all that way to London or down south. If everyone met half way it would seem a little bit more like everybody has put the effort in equally.

I know people think Birmingham is ideal, but it's not central to the user base, nor for travel in the country compared with London... More coaches, trains and planes go to London than Birmingham by far and there are more discounted tickets on these routes also. By locating it in Birmingham, I believe that a significantly higher number of users will have to travel further. I realise it feels unfair to those in the north of the UK to say that, but that's just how it works out with the user distribution - I've looked this over carefully and mapped it out and so on.

I have a whole bunch of students/former students that I have been teaching MMF to for 3 years. We focus on mainly on graphics and design as well as coding. I have a computer lab with 30 computers and 30 licenses of MMF. I also have Adobe CS6, Particle Illusion, Autodesk Maya/3D Studio and other graphics software for the lab. I have about a dozen serious students that would want to do this. Would it be possible to get involved? We are in Stuart FL, USA near West Palm Beach. Miami and Orlando are about 2 hours away from here
