    Tips and tricks on submitting your app to AppStore

    Hey guys, I was wondering if you can share your experiences when submiting your apps to Apple. Any tips, what to do and what not to do?

    Ok what you should NOT do:

    make an app with girls in them that will show some skin because they will ban it!

    I released Night terrors for the ipad and it got approved then months later I released it for iphone and got banned!
    I send them a mail about the other one being accepted and I got a bull**** premade mail back with the same stupid information I got the first time.

    But it is sad that they banned your game after the whole work you put into it

    Hahaha yeah well not really a problem, just good to know they can be very unpredictable , I guess it's just depends on who is reviewing your game.

    Not so much for initial submission but a good tip for once you have updates to your game submitted, you can request them to be expedited which has worked both times I requested it. Instead of a week for release it took about 2 days. (just dont over do it lol)

    I basically let them know it was a crucial bug fix. The second time they let me know that they already did one for me but because it was an important bug fix they'd make the exception.

    Would that work if I submitted my app for free of charge for a period of time (promotion) and then decided to submit a paid version? Or there is a setting on the AppStore somewhere that I can change to make the app "paid"?
